If you're experiencing problems with the app, you can send us the app's log files along with your email. To do that, go to the 'Settings' screen and tap on 'Email logs to support'. From the following screen you can send us an email, and your log files will be attached to the email. The files will help us diagnose any issues you're experiencing. Please add a description of the problem you are experiencing in the body of the email.

If you want to temporarily mute a sender, you can 'Block' them. You can manage your list of blocked senders from the settings screen. Blocked senders will see that you as unavailable in their contact list. You will not receive any pictures or messages sent to you by blocked senders. If they are in a chat from an approved sender, you will be notified that the blocked sender is also in the chat and you can opt out of the chat at this point. You can also unblock contacts from the blocked senders screen if you want to no longer mute an user.

If you feel a sender has sent you an objectionable picture or text that violates our Terms of Service, you can report that sender. To report a sender, tap on the 'Settings' button on the upper left of the Chats screen and tap on 'Report Senders'. Select the sender you want to report to us, and select a reason. They will be placed on your blocked list automatically. Based on Vaporstream's discretion, we may choose to suspend the offending sender's account.
